Because a true pork rib would be hard to boned out, supermarkets will usually uses a regular Country Style Pork Ribs, the bones have been removed from this cut of meat, making it an easy item for the barbeque. We at Heritage go the extra mile by not only using the Country Style Pork Ribs, but in addiction we use loins and butts. We have found this combination is much more flavorful and tender.
