Chuck eye steak is from the chuck roast area. It is best when slow roasted, but it can be grilled or broiled too. Note the chuck-eye is less tender them a rib-eye so don't overcooked it. The chuck eye steak is also known as the boneless chuck slice or boneless chuck fillet steak. Chuck-eyes can be rolled as a roast too.
