Country-style ribs
| The blade end of the pork loin consisting of a section that is actually not ribs, but is instead rib-like chops. Occasionally, beef ribs may be referred to as country ribs; however, county-style ribs generally refer to pork instead of beef. Country-style ribs are the meatiest variety of ribs. Plan on about a half a pound for most appetites. Serve these with your favorite potato & salad. At Heritage we use both the rib & loin end for our country-style ribs, this combination adds more to the tenderness and flavor because the loin side his part of the tenderloin on it. |
